By accessing and using Cedalio's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Service
Cedalio provides an accounts payable automation (AP Automation) platform that includes:
- Capture and extraction of data from financial documents
- Processing powered by artificial intelligence
- Configurable approval workflows
- Integrations with ERP and accounting systems
- Reporting and analytics
3. Registration and Account
To use our Services, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited:
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Uploading malicious content or content that infringes third-party rights
- Attempting to access systems or data without authorization
- Interfering with the operation of the Services
- Reselling or redistributing the Services without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to Cedalio or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. Cedalio will process such data solely to provide the Services.
7. Confidentiality
Cedalio will maintain the confidentiality of all information you provide and will not disclose it to third parties, except when necessary to provide the Services or when required by law.
8. Service Availability
Cedalio strives to keep the Services continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.
9. Fees and Payments
Fees for the Services are set out in the applicable commercial agreement. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of the Services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedalio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cedalio harmless from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the use of the Services with prior notice as set out in the commercial agreement. Cedalio may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.
13. Modifications
Cedalio may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this site. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
